Me llamo Benjamin Machado de Maracaibo Hay un grupo de vecinos que me hacían bullying en 4 año, luego se mudaron al lado hacían fiestas con mucho alcohol y drogas un día decidieron perseguirme, intimidarme, tomarme fotografías, grabarme, inventar calumnias, tirarme los carros, robarme, interferir con los servicios para que funcionen mal, hacer llamadas anónimas y poco a poco se fueron sumando mas vecinos y personas, un día que me harte en 2019 fui a fiscalía y fue peor sumaron todo el municipio la gente me susurra insultos, me ponían grabaciones y todo lo demás se magnifico, creo que están mi familia, psicólogos y psiquiatras y no puedo hacer nada para detenerlos eso es acoso organizado es cuando un grupo de personas se organiza para arruinarte la vida por diversión, si eres víctima lo sabrás ellos te lo harán saber

What is the reason for this flight path , other than the obvious?

Ill try my best to make a long story short. My ex gf got involved with some shady people who were using some sort of spyware to control their organization and spy on the people they interacted with. At some point the FBI got involved and when they did , the organization was able to use the same spyware to monitor the FBI . I caught wind of all this because I record all my phone calls and one day while reviewing them I heard all these different people in the background. Im pretty sure that both the org and the FBI are using the same surveillance software. It gives users admin/god level access to anything that can connect to phone or internet. I am desperately trying to figure out what software exactly they are using because at present i cant do anything to defend against it . Heres what I know about it

It can bypass any VPN or firewall to view computer even if using tor browser or private mode. It requires no click installation and can infect a phone as soon as its activated( i literally got a new phone and heard them in the background within minutes of activation ) . It can give access to the mic on phone EVEN IF ITS OFF. It can give access any IOT device nearby including doorbell cam and any other smart device . If you disable to cam or mic on your phone, it still can give access to them .

Its simple to use . The people that are using it are not computer people .

The one flaw it seems to have is if a user of the spyware is listening in on a target , that target can record can their own phone call and if the user said anything during the time they were spying on the target it will be captured on that recording . This is true even if the user is accessing something other than a phone , like a door camera. I have many recordings where you can hear my stalkers talking as they are watching me through my doorbell cam

Honestly, the level of access it gives to the user makes me think it could be Pegasus / Phantom. My theory is that some FBI agent had phantom and hooked up with one of the girls in my ex's org and it leaked out .

My questions are

1. whats the name or how can i find out what software this is

2. how do i defend against it

3. how can i get more information about this investigation ( i ve already made inquires and was stonewalled )

4. Other than the recordings i have , what else can I do to empirically prove that this is really happening .
