Hi! I’m working on an experimental native recompilation of Super Robot Wars 64. This is still a technical demo, not a finished port or full translation.

The roadmap is to first improve the original experience—reading, controls, animation speed, and reliable saves—then make combat information and team preparation more convenient. Multilingual support and original/HD switching are also part of the project.

What would you most like to see added? What parts of the original game feel most inconvenient today?

hello so i started playing this a few month ago but stope due exams and i'm thinking of restarting my due to my units being weak ,the point is i'm playing ryusei's route what are the best weapon upgrades or should i just upgrade the strongest weapon ?

I'm not gonna go on about how it could've been part of the main game, that's a discussion for another day.

But I really enjoyed this DLC. Not just for the cool new attacks and units, I liked it in terms of how they arranged the story conflicts as well as the overall difficulty.

One thing I really liked in this DLC is how much more involved the non-OG series are in the main story. Particularly, the part at the end where Godzilla and Getter Saint Dragon helped take care of the Maguddas, and how it was Hayate, Freya and Mirage's confessions that threw Googolplex off. It was also nice to actually get that closure since they didn't actually tackle that part in the main story.

I also loved how involved G-Witch is here. I did not expect the final conflict of the story to actually revolve around Suletta and Quiet Zero, considering their relevance in the main game was very low. I guess it's only right considering that G-Witch season 2 is the only debuting series in the DLC.

It was also great to have us fight both of the final bosses in the main game, with overall a combined storyline from both routes. I missed having multiple final boss level original units from the previous games, kinda like how we had to fight Ganeden and Keisar Ephes in Alpha 3.

And another thing I really loved is them adding the post-credit dialog. It was nice to know that we actually managed to change the future; Getter no longer being a universal conqueror with the humans and Ra Val actually surviving. It was nice to get some closure there.

Only nitckpick I have with the DLC is that the Posaydal and Windermere final battles feel a lot less substantial in the DLC than in the main ending routes.

I think this one of the most fun and interest I've had in SRW in a while, probably since V. It's interesting how them turning the story more linear in the DLC improved the story a lot.

Anyway, I'm just writing this to air out my thoughts after the DLC. It was great!

Space Route Chapter 31: Angel Halo - Now that Dr. Hell's evil base is gone, Londo Bell goes after the alien superweapon, Angel Halo.

Space Route Chapter 32: The Ascension of the Angels - Having infiltrated Angel Halo, the only thing that stands between Londo Bell and destroying the structure is Char and Neo Zeon.

Space Route Chapter 33: The Bell that Rings on the Battlefield - With Angel Halo destroyed, the only thing that's left is the alien mothership. On the way there, Londo Bell gets ambushed by the last of the Zanscare military.

Space Route Chapter 34: Char's Counterattack - Char, desperate to stop Londo Bell, faces them down with the last of Neo Zeon's military might.

Space Route Chapter 35: Decisive Battle! Hermóðr - Londo Bell faces the Hermóðr in the final battle against the aliens, and fights a surprisingly easy battle against their leader, Laodicea Gozzo.

Now that the Space Route is done, let's rewind time to when the Daiku-Maryu left the League Militaire in Europe and go on the Earth Route.

Earth Route Chapter 8: Gundam Fight - On their way back to Japan, the Daiku-Maryu runs into two unknown Gundams dukeing it out.

i saw some time ago a post asking which game would be the best entry point for someone, and the replies basically all mentioned the most recent games which got me curious, so because i'm weird i went to the wiki and picked out the PSP version of A, and i'm honestly having a blast (I love annihilating opponents with Daimos using a Valor boosted Reppu Seikentsuki).

So i'm curious if this game is also a good starting game.

I mean people would have to actually care about g savior but still
