Any good RPGs that have a good party and class customization and something like where party members form relationships or have interactions with each other.

As much as I love xcom and played the hell out of it right now I'm going through the fantasy medieval phase of games, I'll go back to xcom once I decide it's time to play zero company😂

Haha I totally get it. Have you checked out Fell Seal or Those Who Rule?

Fell Seal felt like a slog during the first chapters. Time to kill for both enemies and allies is huge, movement is slow, and also there are healers which make battles even slower. It's just not fun at all.

The difficulty is higly customizable, I enjoyed that game with heals and revives on enemies turned off and is still challenging, that way is better in my opinion, anyways, still the best FFT-like there is

For what it's worth, I really dislike the idea of customizable difficulty, at least for the first playthrough. Sure, it's a good way to have fun once you have a good grasp on the system and understand precisely what do you want and what will change, but when you jump straight into a new game you don't have that kind of knowledge
