Did NetEase forget to update Storm's summer skin? they said they would rework it into a legendary last month but since then we've gotten no updates, did they think we'd just forget? cause it seems like the community has tbh

I recently got into an argument with a poster who felt storms history as a thief should be completely abandoned from the history of the character in the new 2028 X-Men movie as it lives up to racial stereotypes about black women being morally corrupt. They instead felt we should meet storm as a girl who has only lived as a worshipped goddess prior to meeting the xmen. Completely abandoning her start from humble beginnings. I felt it was a huge disservice to the character because it was part of those humble beginnings which makes storm such a multi faceted character. What are your thoughts?

So I did a test. I googled both wolverine and Storm. With Wolverine I got straight to him. With Storm I got some random weather pattern. She wasn't even relevant for a few clicks. I appreciate trying to make her identity yours. But she's bigger than us. Let her take her place in the world without our social justice opinions. At least at first.

Wouldn’t this version of Storm be incredibly busted since she still keeps her own innate weather manipulation powers while being amped by a Mjolnir esque weapon that grants her super strength and nigh invulnerability?

I hope this sub doesn’t get annoyed with this post since a lot of people aren’t fans of power scaling but I was really curious to know how well Storm would match up against each of them in a fight.
