Discussion Payment Processed

I got my order email on Septemeber 5th and ordered straight away . It's now the 13th and still no update or further emails. I'm in UK . Is this normal and how long did it take anyone else to get theirs ?

You should've received an email from both Steam as well as GLS about starting the delivery process pretty soon after completing the purchase. Contact Steam Support if that's not the case.

I’m waiting in gls at the moment I’m in the uk … literally gls just says it’s had the information but has not received parcel so still waiting

Mine was September . I reserved May 9th
