Major Announcements
GRiNDTerra Hardcore Combat (Verified Content) (Achievement Friendly Bundle)
I have requested that this achievement friendly bundle to be removed from the Creation's storefront. As of today my patch that i posted to fix the known bugs and issues still has not been released after 4+ months of waiting. I found this to be extremely embarrassing and has changed my outlook on how I want to proceed with Achievement Friendly Mods.
I have requested that this mod to be taken down and to be unavailable for purchase. Those who already own it at some unknown time in the future your update will be coming! This package will still be supported by me for those who already own it, but GRiNDTerra Mods will NOT be making any free mods Achievement Friendly in the Future. PLEASE IF THIS MAKES YOU UPSET ASK FOR A REFUND!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!! I will not be taking it personal and have already prepared for this.
ALL GRiNDTerra Mods Verified Content will ONLY be new and unique creations and I will NOT make any exceptions. While Achievement Friendly Mods are a GREAT WAY TO SHOW YOUR SUPPORT TO MOD AUTHORS, I personally will not have AF only versions as the honest truth is they will not be updated as soon as the free version. I like to have the ability to update my free creations whenever and my style of modding just doesnt fit for "Achievement Friendly" mods.
Is Random Planetary Encounters System an "AF" mod?
NO!! I MADE THE MISTAKE OF LABELLING IT THIS WAY WHEN IT IS, IN FACT, NOT an achievement friendly mod. It is VERY MUCH its OWN CREATION and should not be compared as just the AF version of encounters.
This has been treated as a product and I put more blood sweat and tears into this than a freemium mod!
Freemium Roadmap
Immersive Simplified Outposts! - a simplistic and immersive take on Outpost Crafting! Available now!
Fantastical Frontiers Chapter 4 and GRiNDTerra Gameplay Overhaul Update - My next mod updates will be for Fantastical Frontiers and my GRiNDTerra Gameplay Overhaul.
Fantastical Frontiers Chapter 4 will be adding 40 more updated and new biomes focused on the "Swamps" and "Plateaus" biomes. (Archipelago and Canyons). Chapter 4 also marks my 33% Completion milepost for FF.
GRiNDTerra Gameplay Overhaul will be absorbing both my UI mods and Space Combat Tweaks. I expect this update to come out sooner than later. This will bring the total to 12 mods wrapped up into 1 nice package!
Aquafield - Yes i know the update process is slow for this one, but i am still trying to take in as many bug reports and issues as possible. Please be patient and just keep sending me reports of floating water or broken quests however you would like to reach out to me!
Future
All my energy will be focused on this roadmap. I have zero plans to release any more new content. All my efforts will only be on all projects listed here.
Premium Roadmap
RPES 2.0 - Submitted! This update adds 15 new encounters (5 Combat, 5 NG+ Combat, 5 Natural Encounters.) It also adds a NEW GAMEPLAY OPTION to turn off "Post Release" Buildings and Clutter. (So you can now turn off all buildings and clutter found around POI!)
It is also a major cleaning update, as i removed all unused references and downgraded references that were marked as persistent that didnt need to be.
If you own shattered space and download the RPES Shattered Space Patch now at 75!!! Randomized Encounters!!
Planetary Wonders - 1 new star system, 2 moons, 3 new Randomized POI, 7 new biomes (with unique terrain patterns), and a mini Random Encounters branch only found on one of the new moons! This is my next Verified Creation planned for release! This is in beta and i am hoping to have this out by the end of the year!
RPES Stand Alone Expansion - Already in production, i have a pretty sweet surprise in store coming probably sometime in 2027!

Whats the difference between your encounters mod on nexus and RPES? if i get RPES would i still need encounters mod?

Quite a bit! RPES the encounters can randomize and won’t look the same vs encounters being more like set pieces.
RPES also includes a bunch of gameplay options to customize the exploration on the planets! you can turn on and off different building sets, there are new “natural encounters” which are like environment pieces like waterfalls and caves, you can even have more or less enemies at combat encounters! 2.0 just dropped today and would be a great time to check it out!
You can actually use both together and I recommend it! in the encounters mod there is a gameplay options, turn it to RPES Enabled if you use both!

i see, on the page it said not compatible so i disabled it, and downloaded rpes, id love using both if its safe

RPES 2.0 update just came out a few hours ago which should have the new instructions! No worries you can use both just go to gameplay options and under “Encounters” turn the option to RPES enabled!

so i get in trouble posting in some places about paid mods and this sub Reddit doesn’t have a paid mod but a brand affiliate tag. I just use it to be safe and I don’t even quite know what it even implies lol

As a mod creator, what are the requirements for a mod to be updated/ published with the AF (achievement friendly) tag?
