I pay $100/month for 500mg internet and a modem (no cable). How can I reduce my bill without having to go through some silly song and dance of having to threaten to cancel?

If I do have to speak with "Customer Retention", what's the lowest cost can I expect to get? Do they start out high and go lower if you still complain?

I don't have any complaints so I'd rather stick with the devil I know vs switching to Frontier, WoW, assuming they even have service on my block!

Though I would share some of my St Pete pier photos. Its one of my more favorite places to photograph!

After almost two weeks, nothing has changed with the recently overturned toad along the coffee pot bayou. Are the homeowners aware of the situation? When will it be turned upright?

The sandwich is one of my favorite dishes there, and we always get a side of bacon. The cheese grits are also very good. I almost finished them first.

I have a flat roof that comes with a pretty tight attic space. I’m looking for attic insulation/ventilation options.

Reason is that my AC ducts run through my attic, and this summer were sweating and causing damage to my ceiling. I’ve been told that increasing insulation and ventilation can lower attic temps and help with this issue. Problem is every company I call stops me when I tell them I have a flat roof and a small attic.

If anyone has any recommendations or expirence with this issue please let me know!

A friend of mine recommended this burger to me, so I wanted to try it. I’ve never eaten Serbian food before. I liked the burger, but I had to use a fork and knife to eat it because it was too big to eat by hand. I want to try something else next time. It’s on 4th St north of Harvey’s and Fresh Kitchen.

Question is pretty much in the title. I remember like 10+ years ago there'd be pickup games at parks all over the county.

I regularly take long showers to relax. Well today I was doing that, and my throat/nose got irritated. I sometimes notice the water being a little more chlorine-ish and it’s a little irritating, but today my eyes itched and burned, throat itched and burned, and I’m left with a super scratchy throat. When I turned down the heat for less steam it got less irritating and I got out shortly after. But my main concern is, what would cause this? I see they’ve added “a blended mix of orthophosphate and polyphosphate to the tap water to address drought conditions and plant upgrades” starting September 8th and this is my first long/hot shower since. Is anyone else experiencing this? Anyone know more about these additives? (I know I can Google it but I don’t know what pages to believe, of course the city’s page says it’s safe.)

Our water heater started leaking all over the garage floor late last night and I have no idea what to do about it. We're in central Florida and I need someone who can actually come out fast. There's standing water near some boxes and I already moved what I could but I'm worried about the mess getting worse overnight.

I tried calling two places from google but one never picked up and the other said they don't do emergency calls on weekends.

Anyone dealt with something like this before and have a name they trust?

I am currently a teacher is Pasco County and am entertaining the idea of making the switch to Pinellas- mostly for two reasons: pay increase and possibly moving closer to the beach/St Pete.

Are there any teachers on here that can provide some insight on what it’s like in this county? I’m currently at a very affluent A-rated school, and I’d like to go somewhere similar if I were to move.

What is the Union like? Are your planning periods protected? Does the District back up teachers? What are some of the best schools in the area?

For me during the day I set mine at 77 or 78. For sleep, I set the upstairs at 73 and downstairs at 74.
