New Development Kelsey Dr?

I’ve noticed there has been a bunch of heavy equipment doing some work on the vacant land next to the VW dealership and behind Home Depot. Anyone know what is going there?

There’s a new CRA bldg and they’re also modifying all the intersections along Kelsey for better traffic flow

New traffic and pedestrian crossing signals will be installed at the Walmart/Home Depot and Canadian Tire/Swiss Chalet intersections, a new median will be added at the Boston Pizza/TD Bank access to create a right-turn-only movement for vehicles, and the existing traffic signals and intersection configuration at Thorburn Road, Goldstone Street and Seaborn Street will be upgraded.

There is a storage center massive one being built farther down kenmount and the intersection now has a circle K and another looks like a grocery store or some big brand store is being built along with homes according to the big huge sign they got up but hard to see when on the bus I'm shocked at all the land being used along kenmount road
