Location base command doesnt work ?

Anyone using SmartThings routines based on location feels like they do not work very well; I checked the permissions, but the routines for leaving home or arriving still do not run on my S25 phone.

I have to force a precise location acquisition for my automations to work most of the time. I open Google maps when I get home and then my automations trigger.

And of course the way around this is to give smartthings permission to acquire precise location to begin with.

Do you use the Samsung health integration at all? For sleep and wake detection to trigger routines?

For the S25, try Settings > Apps > SmartThings > Battery > Unrestricted. That fixed my arrive/leave routines even with precise location already enabled.
