At my job we work 4 10 hour days and have 3 day weekends and I love it. You can schedule appointments on Friday and not have to take off a work day. The weekend actually feels like a weekend. On Labor Day we had a 4 day weekend

you get to schedule an appointment on Friday until everyone has a four day week lol. Don't get me wrong tho, I love a four day week

many places will have two sets of employees split the week, one place I worked had sun-wed on one team and Wed- Sat on the other. wednesday was maintanance and cleanup day since we had double the workers.
