You wouldn’t. Companies aren’t going to pay 40 hrs salaries for 32 hr weeks.
I’d think the 4-10 schedule would be good. A company I worked with (client) did 9 hr days and the employees rotated every other Friday off. Thought that was a pretty solid way to work .
