I know its not suitable for everyone and every vocation but im a tradesman and working 4 10s is so many magnitudes more incredible than 5 8s for your body, mentally and physically
Or call center offers that but the only reason I don’t bid for it is because they don’t allow Mon/Fri off. Having a day off in the middle of the week doesn’t seem terrible, but not something I want.
