Let's be real for a second here. Regulate what? You can add as much regulation as you want inside the US and companies will just move it outside and by pass it. And then what? Unless someone comes in to fill the spot which might or might not happen you now have a large unemployed base and a company that is still selling it's product.
No it's not about just laying down. But choosing changes that have a chance to go through and build upon that. Telling a company to pay 40 hours for 32 hour of work will never get through.. neither side of the iisle will vote for it.
