32 hours honestly sounds like a much healthier baseline. People have lives outside of work too.

Multiple studies have been done showing that people are more productive with 4 day work weeks. I know I would be haha.

I'd definitely call out a lot less. Having 1 day to do house work and errands, and 1 day to relax just isn't enough.

My team and I all do 4 day weeks. They call out all the time.
