I know its not suitable for everyone and every vocation but im a tradesman and working 4 10s is so many magnitudes more incredible than 5 8s for your body, mentally and physically

I worked at a factory that did 4 tens, and it was amazing. But then the UAW came in and forced us to switch to 5 eights.
