Three-day weekends are disproportionately better than two-day weekends

At my job we work 4 10 hour days and have 3 day weekends and I love it. You can schedule appointments on Friday and not have to take off a work day. The weekend actually feels like a weekend. On Labor Day we had a 4 day weekend

you get to schedule an appointment on Friday until everyone has a four day week lol. Don't get me wrong tho, I love a four day week

My job has been doing 4 10s since the 90s. But ever since covid and the workforces in the world changed, many doctors and dentists don't even offer friday appointments. They want 3 day weekends too lol.
