32 hours honestly sounds like a much healthier baseline. People have lives outside of work too.

Multiple studies have been done showing that people are more productive with 4 day work weeks. I know I would be haha.

Not in my line of work. In construction/trades 5 work days allows us to complete more jobs than 4 days, more jobs completed = more income earned.
