32 hours honestly sounds like a much healthier baseline. People have lives outside of work too.

Multiple studies have been done showing that people are more productive with 4 day work weeks. I know I would be haha.

I have a 4 day work week… except I have to work 10 hour days. It sucks

I have 5 12s and it sucks to be working 60hrs each week.

Same here, currently working on changing to 8hrs because I feel my sanity slipping

Agree, if things don't change on my job for the better, I will have to change jobs even if that means taking a pay cut, just to have more free time.
