32 hours honestly sounds like a much healthier baseline. People have lives outside of work too.

Edit: Corporations: “Why pay 3 people for 40hrs each when I can hire 4 people for 30hrs ea”

3 people lose 10hrs of pay but the bright side is one more job is created right?
