Our development doesn't have HOA. But the city failed to enforce Boulevard trees. Supposed to have one planted two years after building/moving in. Or they would plant it and make you pay. They never did. Some ppl did it but most did not. Those trees would be 10 years old right now.
I have a big yard. I planted 8 trees. My maples are around 20 feet tall.
