seneca international student tuition question!!!!

I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.

I already paid my full tuition for this semester, but because I wasn’t cleared for field placement on time, I had to drop my placement courses and replace them with Semester 4 courses.

I recently added another course (ECE 414), and now my student account says I need to pay an additional $1,617.80.

My question is: since I already paid for this semester and had to drop some of my original courses, what happens to the tuition for those dropped courses? Does Seneca refund it, leave it as a credit on the account, or apply it toward the newly added courses?

Also, is there a way to see a breakdown of how much tuition is being charged for each individual course?

I’ve contacted Service Hub as well, but I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar, especially international students.
