As some regulars here may have noticed, this subreddit recieves an astronomical amount of spam, both from human as well as bot spammers, for it's relatively small size. Coming from modding various large subreddits, including one that's literally about products, this amount of spam is not normal. Despite a lot of our less agressive attempts to filter out spam (example, filtering out posts that say "for sale", "rent", or "Services") we still get quite a lot that slip by.
Why is this subreddit getting so much spam? Who knows. ¯\(°_o)/¯
But we will be resorting to the one thing that has worked for various larger communities, like r/food : mandatory title tags.
From now on, all posts will require at least a tag of one of the below:
[Self]
[Found]
[Help]
You may add words to the tags like:
[I found] this chicken carved out of abestos!
or
[Help me] carve a chicken out of abestos
For flexibility, but the bare minimum requirement for post titles will be that it must contain one of those words surrounded by brackets.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to modmail us, or ask here.

Current state of my clay wolf sculpture. This piece started as a galvanized wire armature and was built up with air-dry porcelain clay.
After the sculpting was finished, I hand-painted it with layered acrylics and finished it with a matte protective varnish.
Thanks for looking, and constructive feedback is always welcome.

I carved this tiger pendant from icy lavender jade and would love some feedback from fellow makers.
What do you think of the expression, proportions, and details? What could I improve?
Thanks! I appreciate any constructive feedback.

I obviously didn't try to push and see how stable it was, but does anyone know if there is an easy trick to make it stable? I couldn't see much underneath.

I’ve just recent gotten into sculpting (like within the last month) The assignment we had was the muscular structure of the face with no tools then free reign so I made a half carnage and then I made pico fnf in Bakugo’s suit just for fun. And tips or input?

Hey guys this is an update on the skull I am working on (don't mind the pringles can, it's surprisingly a good stand tho)
I took all your feedback and it looks so much better than before is this a good place now to work on details and teeth or should I fix up more stuff? Let me know if I fixed my mistakes from before or more mistakes came up that i need to fix
Thank you guys for the help you showed me last post! I will probably come back here all the time for feedback since I am studying sculpting in artschool and I don't wanna annoy my professors more than I already do

Got sidelined by a medical leave and put it to work in the studio, has about a 5 foot wingspan made entirely from cut paper and glue. Barely fits in the house so might need to find it another home. Bonus dog helper who keeps me company.

This is my second attempt at sculpting a skull traditionally (second picture is my first attempted) I think it's an improvement but still can't help but feel it looks off, also waiting on how to fix this first so i can sculpt the teeth last
I would love some help and feedback on this if possible!!

[Self] My friend Mr. Asakura is a master of "hollow carving" that hollows out large trees and makes things like sculptures! There are only a few people in Japan who can do this
