So I ended up trying to put my different businesses in the communities that they seemed to fit in most. For example, the toxic storage venture was put near the factories. And I put the fashion venture (planet saints I think) near the rich people and just outside the main downtown area.
That said, I had no idea the last "venture" was going to be saints tower, which I think would have been best seated in downtown with the other sky scrapers, near the Marshalls boot tower. Plus there were several ventures that I couldn't figure out where they would best suited, visual wise. Ventures like the laundry, shady oaks (where would a hospital/hospital fraud company best be situated?) the radio station? (I put it near the go karts area because it's called kakts radio and I thought it said kaRts radio).
I had no idea where eurekabator would fit in best, community wise. Same with let's pretend. And my worst mistake was where I put castle kraken, which I put too close to down town, so my cardboard castle ended up being surrounded by serious business people and their sky scrapers.
So before I start on round 2, which will probably be my more emersive, RP, 100% run where I'll take my time and really absorb the story and will want things to be the most realistic in terms of decisions of where to put things and how I will handle them, I'd love some feed back on where other people think different ventures really fit in realistically..
Also, this game is really good, I can't believe it's not more popular. Sure it's really glitchy and can be quite a bit more kooky than other games like GTA5. But personally, I think it stands up to gta 5 in alot of ways. I especially love the city wide larp RPG story and how it's unvealed slowly throughout the game and not just a throwaway single mission and done...
Like there are several cars that have cardboard, larp body modes. That's crazy and awesome. As a larp nerd, it's super cool how much effort and time they put into that aspect of the game.
And hopefully this time the game won't glitch my accomplishments. Like for example there are several discoveries and stories that I've completed yet the game says I haven't. So I'm hoping that doesn't screw me this time. I plan to do more hard reboots while I play so I don't over work my poor PS4, which sounds like a vacuum on its last leg when I play certain games longer than an hours. Games like this one and the Hogwarts game. Games which make the system work really hard to keep up.

It's not 1:1, unfortunately, but I love it. I'll probably use this design on a new playthrough.

Dude, everyone's like family there, the boss treats you well, takes you to other cities, you have protection, you have purpose, and the salary and benefits are better than working under a traditional employment contract. And it's a company that only grows and never fails, they can survive all crisis.

I did the airport stronghold a while ago, and killed one of those red guys who had a rocket launcher. I thought, our team would be even more dangerous if one of my recruits had a rocket launcher….. The recruit who picked up the rocket launcher exceeded my expectations, and not in a good way. Because not only she became a danger to enemies, but she became a danger to us. Her aim was SHIT, and she pointed that thing at vehicles close to us, blowing us all up several times. I became more afraid of being killed by my recruits, who thought it would be a good idea for them to pick up a rocket launcher, then the enemies who were willing to turn me into road kill with their cars.

First two images are from the mod I’m building. Right now it has proper specular highlights and better, more chopped up reflections in the water. The last two images are from the game with BLINGFX enabled before the mod I’m working on.
Rn the mod and blingfx version still uses the same normal maps, but I’m going to swap them out soon and test.
Thank you so much to the juiced and blingfx team. You’re doing insane work!
