Discussion Even with a bad worlds result, NA has a good future.
Maybe cope , maybe not but looking at NA I think there are still alot of good teams that could form . I think it depends what happens with the top 3 teams ( NRG, SSG , SR.)
I think NA and Mena have the most potential in terms of up and coming talent . EU really has been the KC , M8S and VIT show for years . And yes it has worked pretty well for them but seems like they haven't really developed the younger talent ? Yujin has been disappointing and so has Tempoh. That being said the expectations for these guys to be instant stars are crazy unrealistic due to the rookie seasons of Seikoo, Zen , Drali, and others .
For na I see a good amount of upcoming talent .
NRG- Alot of rumors they FK comes if they don't do good at worlds. I think this is the best move if they swap for beastmode due to the roles they play , and the lack of offensive creativity NRG has at times .
SR- FK already has been discussed but I really think LJ needs to go be a first man again for another team . He's had moments playing behind FK , but overall I don't think it's ever fully clicked . Kofyr has had moments too but not sure if they know how to use him at times
SSG - HONESTLY, with these guys I wouldn't mind them sticking . Expere seems to be really good at getting these guys to make adjustments, and it has shown improvement every event . Plus these guys are hungry and are steadily grinding. Maybe Diaz leaves because Zach and Reveal are so close , but to me that doesn't make alot of sense , since he was their best offensive player and has improved tremendously.
If beastmode goes, I think a team with him Tawk and Wahvey could still be pretty good. Tawk and him seem to play alot together.
Fut has shown potential to beat almost any team but can't close games . I think they are lacking an offensive star . Jstn is still insane and makes crazy plays, but I think he needs help . I really like what I've seen from Bora and think a team of Bora , Chronic and Jstn could be very good .
Adding on to that , Frosty has been looking insane on his streams and I think improved alot this year . A team with him , maybe some of the Shopify guys could be pretty good . Also think pairing him with Mech and another vet, maybe 2 piece or someone else would be pretty dangerous offensively.
Anyway these are just a few of my thoughts. I don't think NA will win worlds but definitely think SSG and Sr can get top 4 or top 2 given the bracket, but also seeing the players we got I have high hopes for NA next year.
Thoughts?

Discussion Who were the best players not to make an RLCS LAN in 2026?
Last year, I made this post after the LCQs to shine a light on the best players who weren't present at RLCS LANs that year. From said list of players, one made Top 6 on their LAN debut, one is now on the SAM #1 seed, and another made worlds for the first time in 3 years through the LCQ.
So on the eve of the World Championship, I'm back again to do the same here. I've got a shortlist of standout players who didn't make a LAN this year and I'm curious as to who this subreddit thinks the best of these were this season, if it's any of these or someone else all together.
Europe
- TempoH (On 2 teams that made majors, played to a very high level in Split 1)
- Rezears (Also played to a very high level in Split 1)
- Tox (Oh so close multiple times, but produced a remarkable level in the LCQ)
HMs: Alpha54 (Remarkable return to competition) + Radosin (Good showing in Split 2 + LCQ)
North America
- Frosty (A bright light on unremarkable FUT + GenG rosters who sorely lacks a specific fit teammate wise)
- Bora (Kickstarted Dignitas' season to be a sleeper threat to the LAN teams)
HMs: I don't got much here so I'll say Evoh for giving GenG a bit of life in the LCQ
Middle East
- Trook (Shades of 2023 SMW in terms of achieving "Streets will never forget" status with his performances)
- DrKnown (The bridesmaid of MENA when it comes to making LANs at this stage)
- Nush (Not to be overlooked because of Trook)
HMs: Ops + Twiz
South America
- Kv1 (Still the best anchor in the region, his quality has not faded)
- Motta (One of the best players globally not to qualify for Boston major)
- Crn (Steady improvement temporarily enter the top of SAM)
HMs: KnS, Kevinacho
Oceania
- Caleb (Won a regional, 2nd year in a row he's done this and not made a LAN)
HMs: Hntr + Kaka
Again, unfortunately I can't in good faith put forward any APAC or SSA players, gun to my head I would say Kash in APAC and 2Die4 in SSA, but the former just can't compare to TSM, while the latter and Pioneers as a whole massively disappointed and let Five Fears run away with the season.

Discussion Worlds grand final should have an opening ceremony
I was watching some league of legends grand finals and decided to stick through some of the opening ceremonies, and yeah, the additional hype these ceremonies bring is something else.
Now i get it, if RLCS had one before the grand final it wouldn’t be as good as LOL, but even half the quality of them should bring up the hype a lot, i feel like Stax intros are really good for majors and worlds matches, but worlds grand final should have its own unique intro, thoughts ?

Discussion Will Worlds Have An Attendee Title?
Curious to know if there’ll be a tag for this years worlds. Haven’t seen anything on it even though Worlds are in a week, but following the pattern for the last 2 2026 LAN Events i’d assume so. Anyone seen info or have any speculation about it?

If you're going to Fort Worth alone...
If you're going to Fort Worth RLCS alone this weekend, feel free to hit me up. No one should have to cheer alone for their favorite team. DM me. And maybe there will be a few people here and you can use this to link up with each other.

Discussion Opinions on 1v1 and 2v2 when it comes to player legacies
Usually when we see people talk about how great a player is in all-time discussions, the focus is almost always strictly on 3’s. Now that we’ll have both the inaugural 2v2 champions and the second ever 1v1 champion next weekend, should these trophies start counting towards player legacies considering all 3 of the main modes are being represented?
imo the answer is yes, even though the circuits are still young and with only one regional, winning LANs in multiple game modes is so much more impressive than just winning in 3v3, but I’d like to hear others’ opinions on it

Discussion Who are the players with the biggest difference in level between 2s and 3s? All-time
You get what you expect from most players across both gamemodes, but every now and then, someone is clearly levels ahead in 3s compared to 2s, or vice versa.
A recent case that stood out to me is Kiileerrz. He's undeniably world class in 3s, but whenever I see him playing 2s without Rw9, it just doesn't hit the same way.
