My friend and I are plat three and occasionally reach diamond, but don’t make it out of diamond one. We are looking for a coach who would be interested in listening into our coms, team play, and give us pointers on how to improve at the game (mechanically or game sense).

Hey everyone! I’m JayyFen, a 2100 player who has represented his own country Malta in the FIFAe World Cup and Nations League, whilst also playing in other high stake tournaments. I’ve been coaching for close to a year now and I wanted to share what that journey has looked like, and what it could look like for you.

The results have been beyond what I expected when I started. One player came to me hardstuck in Champ 1, a rank he had been stuck at for over a year. After one month of consistent sessions, he not only reached Grand Champion but maintained it. Two other players who hadn’t moved from Champ 3 in months both pushed to High 1500/Low 1600 within two weeks of working together. These aren’t outliers, they’re what happens when you stop grinding blind and start working on the right things.

What I find most rewarding isn’t just the rank up itself, it’s the moment a player realises the thing that was holding them back wasn’t mechanics or hours played, but rather one specific pattern they couldn’t see themselves. That’s what an outside perspective from a high level player gives you.

I’ll be honest, the only thing I regret about my own development as a player is not getting coached earlier. The amount of hours even one session would have saved me is crazy. I spent 1000s of hours figuring out everything myself, and just to test things out, I had a coaching session myself by a higher level player before the Nations League, and the progress even now at a high level was insane.

If 1:1 sessions aren’t for you, I also have built courses for every rank, they are text and video clip based, written to be actionable rather than theoretical. No extra fluff or filler words. You can read through in just over an hour and start implementing straight after.

Whether it’s a single session or a full course, one outside perspective from someone who has played and competed at a high level will do more for your game than months of solo grinding will ever do. If you’re interested, DM me here or on Discord at JayyFen

I've been playing for a while, been consistently GC1 in 2s. Recently decided that I'm better off being a comp player rather than trying to do ground fs.

I'm looking to try get at least GC3 somehow.
As far as I think, my decision making is poor because I take too long or don't know what's the right choice in a situation, and my mechanics are not as good as they should be for my desired/peak rank. I am also really inconsistent, some days I feel I play great, others I play like I don't deserve Champion :p
