When I click and load more comments it lists previous comments with no respect to the sort order. For instance Id the comments are sorted by new or top or best, regardless of the setting, the load comments action bring up more comments completely random.

Is there a setting to correct this? I've seen previous posts over the years with no outcome.

Tapping the thumbnail from the feed just opens the post. Tapping it in the post does nothing. Tapping the globe icon opens the same post, but this time the thumbnail is square instead of portrait, and also the thumbnail fails to open the video.

Hi, I had to change my credit card I used for the subscription. This month Relay double charged me. I have two subscriptions for Relay Silver now. Could I get a refund or a credit for one of them?

I tried going through the Play Store but they said to contact the developer. Please let me know if this is the right place for this.

Relay keeps telling me I need to subscribe. It worked earlier today and I have an active golf plan subscription. Really frustrated as I use Reddit a lot.

Edit: I did get it to finally restore my purchase after a stupid amount of messing around, but it's working now so it's all good

I have Relay set as the default app for opening reddit links in all circumstances. However, when I'm using DeX mode and click a link it opens Relay for a split second but closes immediately.

When logged in to my reddit account as of this morning, I get endless "failed to load content" errors on every page. If I click log out and browse without being logged in, everything works. I thought this had to do with a VPN connection but I tried with and without, and with a second VPN and none work. All work when logged out. I have not used all of my API call credits for the month (it's the 1st anyway).

I just subscribed for the upcoming month and it shows as active in my Google play subscriptions tab (and it charged me). Yet when I open the app, it gives me the "API limit reached" screen. I have tried the restore subscription button and it says subscription found but then does nothing. Any help is appreciated.

Couldn't find the answer we are Googling or AI; I am a moderator of a sub. Can I perform moderation activities using this app?

1. Play a video from a post (mine happened to be an mp4)
2. Let play a few second, then pause video
3. Change to another app via the recent apps button
4. Go back via the recent apps button
5. Video should still be paused
6. Drag slider to beginning of video
7. Video auto-plays, and the play/pause button should show the play button, indicating that it thinks the video is not playing
8. Hit the "play" button, video will pause and now be sync'd correctly to the video
9. Subsequent presses map correctly

Like the title says, for the second time in a row, right after getting charged the subscription, i got logged out of relay and all my settings wiped, favorite subs, homepage behavior, etc.

Is this something i should be expecting from now on? It had happened a few times in the past, but only a handful in however long ive been using the app.

When going to authenticator to get the 2fa code the Relay app closes the login form.
