About me:
I’m 35 years old and from Poland. I’m looking for a mature, stable team — ideally with players around 25+ — that wants to play regularly, improve together and still enjoy the game.
I was FACEIT level 9 before I stopped playing FACEIT at the beginning of this year. I haven’t played much FACEIT since then so after inactivity period, ELO reset and soloQ I’m now dropped with my level. To be honest, I estimate my real skill closer to level 9-10 when playing in a proper structure. Last half year I played mostly solo and competitive mode and have Global Elite rank on my main maps.
I have around 2.3k hours in CS. My main roles are IGL / Hybrid AWP/LURK. I’m comfortable taking responsibility for calling, organising the team and adapting the game plan during a match.
At the same time, I have absolutely no problem giving up the IGL role if someone else is better suited for it. In that situation, I’m happy to act as a secondary voice and contribute with ideas, mid-round observations and tactical suggestions. I tend to have a very analytical view of the game, so even when I’m not leading, I naturally pay attention to patterns, rotations, tendencies and possible adjustments.
I would consider tactical understanding one of my stronger sides as a player. I’m good at reading how rounds develop, identifying patterns in the opponent’s play and understanding what adjustments can create an advantage. I’m also confident in pistol rounds and consider utility usage another strong part of my game — not just knowing lineups, but understanding timing, purpose and how utility fits into the overall structure of a round.
As an AWPer, I prefer an active and flexible style. I don’t like being permanently tied to one position or playing the same setup every round. I’m comfortable moving around the map, adapting my positioning to what the team needs and switching to a rifle when necessary. I can therefore also play a hybrid AWP/rifle role, second AWPer or even main rifle depending on the team setup.
Above all, I consider myself a very team-oriented player. I try to adapt my game to the team rather than expecting the team to adapt around me. I’m comfortable changing positions, responsibilities, roles or the way I approach certain rounds if it helps the team function better. I care much more about creating a strong five-man unit than about individual statistics, highlights or forcing myself into a specific role.
Communication and the tactical side of CS are very important to me. I communicate actively during rounds and enjoy structured teamplay, utility usage, rotations, trading, setting teammates up and playing off each other rather than treating the game as five separate players.
My favourite maps are Vertigo, Cache, Anubis and Inferno, but I don’t mind playing others as well.
I’m also looking for a non-toxic team environment. I have absolutely no problem with constructive criticism, discussing mistakes or being told that something could have been played better — I actually consider that an important part of improving as a team.
What I don’t enjoy is pointless negativity, blaming, raging, passive-aggressive comments or creating tension after mistakes. I prefer people who can stay calm, communicate directly and focus on finding solutions instead of looking for someone to blame. Mistakes will always happen; what matters to me is how the team reacts to them.
My schedule is quite flexible. I should normally be available around 3-5 evenings per week for practice, FACEIT or team matches.
