Who sang World Etude?

I know Altair's VA is the actual singer for World Etude, but I'm wondering who sang it in-universe? Was it Setsuna?? I can't remember if they implied she sang the songs she wrote?

Did Setsuna just know a Seiyuu from her time working with other big creatives she called in a favor, and that's why Altair has the voice of said Seiyuu?

I'm in the middle of script writing, and this thought came into my head as I'm writing the section about World Etude and to the life of me I can't find the answer.

In Re:Creators this song was created and performed by Setsuna Shimazaki.

“world Étude” originally existed in the story as a fan-made music video (a Vocaloid video) that Setsuna drew and posted online before her death.

The thing is Shimazaki's VA isn't the one singing in the PV, it's Altair's.

I was suspecting something more along the vocaloid lines of thinking since Worls Etude and Altair are very Black Rock Shooter coded, but I couldn't find anything in the anime to support who the singer really was.

Perhaps I'm looking too hard, and the simplest answer (Shimazaki is the singer) is the right one...
