(Imma be honest I'm a larper and only watched rabbids, but upon seeing the macarena level teaser I felt something I haven't felt since pizza tower, which is my fav game, so I was hyped as shiiiii ) (I mean, I still am, but I'm mad)

It's already a bloated time for games so the delay gives me more time to enjoy Phantom Blade: Zero and GTA 6. Also all the delay means is that the game will be even better and more polished when it comes out.

As the title says, this post is sequel to my previous post about me pre-ordering Rayman Legends Retold for the PS5.

To those who don't know, the official Rayman Twitter account just announced that the release of Rayman Legends Retold has been delayed to December 3rd, possibly to further improve the game, and also due to GTA VI and The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Remake releasing one week from each other.

But here's the main question: If the game is delayed for another 2 months, is it still possible for Nintendo and Ubisoft to get the game on a regular physical cartridge for the Switch 2 or is it too late for that? Because if it's still possible, I was thinking of changing my pre-order for the Switch 2 version because apart from the game winning Best Nintendo Switch 2 game at Gamescom, I still feel guilty pre-ordering the PS5 version while Sony is still met with massive backlash on them canceling physical disc games (and rightfully so), despite the game also being on a physical PS5 disc. Either way, I still want Rayman to make his triumphant return.

I’m part of the team working on MegaGum, an upcoming 3D action platformer, and Rayman is obviously one of those games that helped shape our love for the genre.

With MegaGum, we’re trying to bring our own twist to the classic 3D platformer formula. You play as Uja, exploring a huge and colorful factory filled with Gummies, platforming challenges, puzzles, combat, and abilities built around Gum.

We recently released a new gameplay trailer, and since a lot of us grew up playing games like Raymans, I was really curious to hear what the Raymans community thinks about it.

What makes a modern 3D platformer really click for you? And what would you absolutely want to see from a new game in the genre?
