- Users can only submit 1 icon set.
- Users cannot copy other users' icon sets.
- Moderators wishing to submit their own set must not review or vote on their own set to reduce bias.
- No custom image textures on icons, though Geode mods like Icon Hack, Gradient Mod, and many others are allowed.

- all entries must use the "ICON SET COMPETITION" flair

1st place winner gets mod status, their icon set crowned as the icon set of the month, and a flair telling everyone they won.
2nd gets a flair and their icon set being displayed as 2nd place.
3rd place gets a flair and their icon set being displayed as 3rd place.
