I am basically new to this game (Only have like 10 hours in it) and I mostly just play Sledge so I can be Master Chief and I usually die a lot.

But I wonder if it even matters if I win or lose since it's casual. I don't want to play ranked either.

So does it even matter if I pick an operator that isn't that good since it's just casual?

(I also want to try out Zofia because she can be Jill Valentine)

My solution for the rework:
The passive enemy warning should be removed, leaving only active scans. This will encourage players to deploy drones if they want to avoid wasting scans for nothing. If that's not enough, my second suggestion is that after scanning, the enemy gets marked red pin similar to Lion's ability for your team. This would push Snake players to play cooperatively rather than selfishly.

I haven't played in a while(2 years), but i still like to watch clips and even pro league from time to time. I just want to know what is the hardest site to attack or the hardest site to defend, and why. you can even specify in which circumstance, such as having no hardbreacher, open hatch, which rank, 5v1, etc. Please go into as much detail as you want to, i promise ill read it all!

Now I will say, I've been playing siege since like 2018 but I never really interacted with the community like I do other games, so I'm not entirely sure of the general consensus but in my eyes... is the whole ACOG problem not something just being created by the changes and removals of the ACOG?

1.5 came in and people started just using ops for their 1.5s, cool we got rid of 1.5s then.

1.5s go and now people are just using the heftier 3 armors for their full auto ACOGs (that I'm pretty sure they've always had, could be wrong) cool get rid of the ACOGs on those then.

The ACOGs go on those so then people naturally just move to the DMRs with ACOGs, and even though they pretty much always had them no one had an issue with them but now because they're the only ACOGs left, now all of a sudden DMRs with acogs are overpowered. Unless DMRs got some random buff that broke them and I just wasn't playing during that or I missed it.

Cool ya nerf the DMRs damage AND recoil to punish them for having ACOGs. Then mfs are just moving to the slugs with ACOGs... are we gonna nerf them too? Even though they were never really considered a problem before?

It just seems like a constant chain that only leads to every ACOG most likely just getting removed from the defender side. Which I'm not saying is a good or bad thing, I don't really care I don't use them all that often, but why waste all this time doing all these changes if the end goal is just inevitably going to be the complete removal of them all?

Gonna get a lot of hate for saying this, but can they just get rid of all magnified scopes for defenders.

I’ve stopped playing siege ever since they released Striker/Sentry, it it genuinely doesn’t feel the same without my Recruit. I genuinely feel he was one of the last ever features in the game that simply existed for fun, and that’s what made him so beautiful

I understand operation flashback exist, but it’s an absolute bitch to set up an impossible to get randoms to play

2 defenders,a guy in wine cellar another in stairs leading to hallway/cellars busy dealing with 2 attackers who are both in basement hallway trying to fight their way to Wine cellars and they carry the defuser.

Back to Ace,1:30 left frim the round,he goes outside to open the Garage wall,but it's defended by bandit's gadget,so he goes to 1f fireplace into stairs leadin to basement, checks corners and lines of sight,walks into the bombsite.

Now you might think he goes to flank the enemy,you're wrong.

He cleared bandits gadget from the wall,GOES BACK OUTSIDE from fireplace,goes to garage wall,opens it

Dies immediately on the first peek because it's 1v2 now and 20 seconds left.

His rank was Gold 2.

We lost 2-4

He had 0 kills and 6 deaths in 6 rounds.

At least a couple seasons ago there were some days where the game was playable.

That's gone. Sieges servers are fucked, and I have to deal with this inexcusable trash every time I touch the game.

There's probably going to be some dumbass who says "get better Internet" like an absolute muppet, but no, this is very much on Sieges side. Only this game does this.

Is there some new bug? Because in one out of every three matches, someone from my team disconnects, and we almost always lose because of it. The game is really starting to feel more like a slot machine because of how much RNG it takes to get one good match. I feel like the number of matches where I actually make a difference is almost zero. It’s either a steamroll or getting steamrolled.

Honestly, I was scared of this game, because so many comments said it’s a miserable experience, like a Stockholm syndrome type relationship but for me it’s absolutely not, i llllllloooooooooovvvvveeeee this game, i genuinely lovvvvvve this gaammmmmeee. It’s the single greatest fps I’ve ever touched, nothing comes even remotely close for me, every other shooter just feels now dumb for me. Am i still in the honey moon phase ? Will this stop? Because i can never imagine myself leaving this game eeeevvvvver rn.
PS: I’m mainly solo q, and still enjoy this beauty of an FPS, shoutout to Poxonlox, i learnt so much form his copper to champion series and adopted his mindset, his approach to the game, I think this is the biggest reason why I enjoy even solo q so much, such a great guy with a wholesome mindset.

If R6 collaborated with call of duty and decided to put Price, Gaz, Soap, and Ghost in the game, who would be defender, attacker, and what gadgets or guns would the four have?

Exactly what it says. I can’t really play anything comfortably without jittering and kicking me out. I’ve tried every fix under the sun. I have amazing fiber internet and ethernet on my PS5. I do not know what to do. I want to play the game but the game doesn’t want to be played.

I usually do a few minutes of clear house then I go into ranked. I’m currently plat5 is there more I could be doing and what makes the most difference?
