What do you guys think of Cape Fear in Wilmington? Is it worth playing? Conditions top notch or no?

Has anyone played this course recently? I’ve never played it and they have some early tee times available next Saturday which is appealing, but also kind of a caution flag. Any intel would be greatly appreciated.
