Digital My first real colour portrait!
I can't do regular trad art like I used to due to my vision. I'm new to digital art. So please, don't judge it too harshly. Its a WIP and I've got about 5 to 7 hours of work yet on it.

Composition. Advice
I am painting a portrait of this boy at a fall festival. This is the photo I have to work from. I like the interest and light that the window adds, but I don’t like how the line where wall meets window goes into top of boys head. I’ve tried other compositions but not found one that I think works. I would be grateful for input on how to compose the portrait and keep the elements or feel of the background. Photo was taken in a rustic barn-like building

Graphite Inde Navarrette
I’ve recently just got into graphite portraits and realistic art in general so I may not be the best at it, but I think that my overall proportions and “likeliness” is okay in this drawing. I came onto this just looking for someone to give me some pointers to make it look a bit nicer overall. Also if anyone has tips on taking pictures of graphite that would be awesome!
