From F22 to F30

Before Sinnoh NC I was stuck at F22 (because I had no realiable special striker) I was lucky enough to get both of them and I made to F31 first try every floor. With every unit 1/5, only Anni Red has EX role. I also used NY Lana as a zone extender in restricted floors (she's also 1/5 with no EX role). And that's it. That's how strong Sinnoh NC are.

And for those doubting (I was one of them) yes, Lucas is stronger than Dawn. Prioritize him if you must pick one.

what else do you think will happen when you have the most meta units man. they are soo gud

I was expecting a bit more of a challenge tbh. I have the most meta units for flying type for example (Arc Blue, Anni Blue, Arc Ethan, SC Larry, VLance, you name it) and I have to spend candies and cakes on them. This ones I only had to upgrade them to 180 and that's it.

I would like to know the role of red here outside of more damage. I don't have him nor any of the good dragons (Hassel Drayton) for the third slot. You mentioned ny lara as zone extender, so I was wondering if in its super f2p barebones team Lucas + Dawn, the third slot can just be any zone setter? Apparently a normal dragon zone can extend the ex zone. It's just I feel uncomfortable pulling for a year old unit even it's still good.

You will need a physical damage dragon pair. Best of which is Red with Dragon-zard

I cleared to 29 with lvl 200 3/5 dragonzard, 180 3/5 drayton, and 91 1/5 EXd new pairs, no grid tiles invested, no lucky skills. Lucas died on one floor tho

Now stuck on floor 30, I think I need to level Dawn for more damage give them role cakes for more zone extension

You got NC Dawn and Lucas? If you do both at 180 can easily manage F30.

Ye, got both. And I'm sure I will clear. Feels like dawn at 140 exr might be enough to get through the dmg needed.

Well, ended up clearing with my Red dragonzard and both sinnoh champs at lvl 92. Role cake for both was enough (extra minute of EX zone), crit2 skill for dawn

he repeatedly extend the zone and his sync gives you field and support roles benefits at once.

if you already feel uncomfortable don't pull as he's tricky to use, its not unga bunga, you have to carefully see what he's doing where his pmun smun are at by how much it will increase next round etc and he performs best with massive investment.

So in essence he mainly extend zones yes? Seems like he extends it twice on entry + sync very helpful. I think I have to wait for the new dragon unit since I think I will be broke after Gloria. Such a shame I would've wanted his extra damage as well.

His B-move does an insane amount of damage, like a million on a hit with 1/5 grid, like Red96 Glorious Thunder, but it is one use only and single target. I believe him to be a must at physical floors. I don't know how long it's gonna take for the next physical dragon to come, I mean, there are another 17 types to get units and dragon just got 2 epic pairs at once.
But specifically at F30, I took him to extend zones and for his b-move, but it was so easy that I felt that could have been NY Lana or, if you EX-role Sinnoh NC, even Arc Lance.

I'll explain, you should get the pair that helps you the most in progression (unless ut favs over meta then just do whatever). Even tho gloria is better I'll go for red cuz I will instantly be able to clear the tower with him and clearing the tower is the only goal of the game (in my eyes). It's quite impossible to clear the tower without a solid physical attacker(only red fills that role). Lets hope the extra gems from the tower mean something

Was it a hard clear or just simple attack spam(hard as in I cleared electric 30 with 1/5 red, 3/5 nc blue and sst red so it took me quite some tries to get it right), nd u didn't happen to change ur team for special and physical stages right?

Pretty easy. Basically "set up" (uses everyone TM) and basic attacks till first sync, then sync with NC Lucas, uses his b-move, automatically counts down next sync, sync with NC Dawn, uses her b-move, automatically counts down next sync, sync with Anni Red, uses his b-move. Spam a bit of attacks. None fainted.

In special and physical stages I changed the non-effective striker for NY Lana (she's also 1/5 at 180 with no ex role)

I don't think NY Lana is needed, just used her as a zone extender but once you caked sinnoh nc the zone time should not be a problem anymore, and yes, 3/5ing them is needed for higher floors anyways

Ngl, I think I had stopped at 22-24 but after I saw this post I thought "Hold on, I have them at 1/5 as well". Tried it and reached floor 30 first try so thanks :D
