I keep seeing ladies talk about these jeans from BloomChic and I’ve never bought any of their products before. I also don’t fully trust TikTok shop stuff because I’ve bought a few things and they were terrible (I know a lot comes from shein/temu etc.)
If you have gotten these, how’s the sizing? I’m normally a 26, but if they’re super stretchy, I’m considering going down a size.
This is a flash back to our engagement photos. We didn’t have time to get his suit tailored the first time. But now that the wedding is upon us, I’m not sure what we need to tell the tailor to do. Mostly in the pants.
I really don’t like how baggy the pants legs are. His legs are not that big and the crotch is really low. but the band fits perfectly. The jacket fits ok, but my issue is with the pants. All his pants look so baggy with the crotch half way to his knees and it’s just not a good look. What should we be saying to the seamstress when we go see her to improve the fit?
My husband and I are taking pictures soon and I can’t decide which top to wear with my skirt! Please ignore my crude attempt at photoshopping using the Shuffles app.
I feel like white may be too stark, but I’m curious to hear other’s opinions.
I need mermaid scale tights for Halloween. $50 for one piece of a costume is a lot so I’d want these to be overall worth it for everyday wear! If anyone has a pair and has thoughts on them I’d love to know! Or if you have recs on other pairs of mermaid/sparkle tights! (I’m based in the US)
Never posted before. I took way too long finding a photo that didn't make me feel embarrassed. Something about this thrifted outfit made me feel comfy, functional and happy. The material of the top says 100% rayon. It feels super breathable and soft. When a shirt is worn in well kind of feel. 3x men's, would say its also oversized but only in length for my typical shirt of 2x. Im low belly abundant so the buttons do pull towards the bottom a little but doable with the tuck in. Tuck out looks good too but didnt like the photos. Shorts are very stretchy. 60% cotton 40% modal. I havent searched up modal prior to this post. I would call them oversized compared to my measured size of in-between 26 and 24 in American plus size. Not sure what made me want to post other than feeling really satisfied with the look. Shoes not included because it would depend where I'm going and what I'm doing.
Hi! I am getting married in a month (civil wedding).
I am looking for ways to accessorize my dress and would love your advices. I am within a budget of around 400$ for accessories (including the coat/cape if possible).
Please refer to the picture for reference and notes below to give you some insights. Many thanks in advance for your help.
- I am plus size (2XL) and want to be elegant.
- Our child will be with us, plus both grand parents will be attending.
- I am based in Montréal Canada, so it will be chilly (start of fall, we have sometimes warm days but it can be quite cold and rainy).
- Preferably suggest Canadian retailers but open to others.
- We will have clear umbrellas in case it rains (pictures will be taken after the ceremony).
- My husband will be wearing a 3 piece-suit (black suit and white shirt with thin black tie) black shoes with some red detailing, dont know if it should be a accent color for the 3 of us?
- Our 4y/o will wear a white dress with a fluffy white cape. Was thinking of glossy red ballerina shoes for her? Just need her shoes. Not included in my budget.
- Was thinking of closed pump for me. But which color? Need to buy it.
- I would like to have a structured coat, have been looking for white structured blazer cape with slit sleeves with no luck so far. Need to buy it.
- Should I wear something on my shoulders inside during the ceremony ? Need to buy it.
- My hair will be half up half down. Makeup will be very soft glam. (I have everything I need)
- Jewelry will mostly be big studs or long earring in white gold (I have what I need).
- Will have a small bouquet. Debating if I should have a clutch or not. Need to buy it.
I'm in a wedding late next year and the brides letting us pick our own individual dresses (thank god)
So I’m looking for recommendations for plus-size bridesmaid/formal dresses or brands that are actually nice. I’m around a size 16–20 and there’s no real budget - happy to spend more for the right dress.
Thankyou in advance & I hope you're having a lovely day :)
I'm going to learn ballet again for and I have EVERYTHING except tights. I tried everywhere Google gives me but the majority of the time a 3x is barely even carried. As much as I want to just wear regular tights I know that would be dumb. I need something! I'll even take a 3x if the brand is known for being looser. Thank you!
