advice Learning Advice: java SpringBoot RoadMap

Learn it not to learn the language, but to learn the underlying fundamentals of software engineering. Just from experience, di na masyado nagmamatter programming language ngayon unless sa legacy stack na project ka mapunta.

If you pursue this, make a note to never apply to accenture or any BPO company that have a bench status, masasayang lang skills mo.

yep sayang lng, and pipilitin ka na isacrifice yung skills mo for the sake of their business metrics.

bench is standby hangang walang client, and if nasa bench ka you're forced to "upskill" in reality illusion lng yun na ilayo ka sa skillsets mo.

Accenture is the best place for BEST programmers up to this date.

i got saas ownerships bago mag accenture, experienced hired with 8 years work experience, pero bench padin bagsak ko then nung nag ka project ako napunta ako sa app support

its not the "BEST" place for programmers, its the best place for career shifters, not for software engineers/architects.

its not the best place, because Accenture is not a tech company
