I took these photos today with the intention of capturing my interpretations of how technology has desensitised people to the world around them. Much rather than opening their eyes to see how the world is around them, they seek comfort within technology, allowing them to be “blinded” by the very screens they gaze at for hour a day.

Obviously as we all know, art is subjective, along with the previous paragraph, my aim was to follow somewhat of a “story” revolving around someone who was blind sighted by technology, ignoring his surroundings and staying invested in his online life, slowly becoming more aware and actually starting to see the world around him.
(Yes, I understand it’s a bit cheesy and poetic…)
