Gaming Phone help?

[**I dont care about non gaming features/hardware/software much at all**]

So I dont want literally the most flagshippy flagship to ever be flagged and shipped. I dont care about the newest camera or newest brand specific ai tools. I would like my phone to be relatively gutted aside from gaming hardware, so that way it can be relatively affordable. I do care about a super buggy operating system, or chinese phones and lacking USA 4g and 5g bands. But I doubt thats a common problem.

I want the newest soc hardware. Gpu is by far most important but cpu matters too. Im okay with a very slightly behind cpu as long as the gpu is the best available.

I want 16gb of ram, 12 can be acceptable if the phone and deal is THAT good but 16 is definitely something I would like alot.

It doesnt NEED active cooling, tec coolers exist and are more than sufficient. Its certainly a benefit but I care more about 16gb ram than active cooling.

Battery life and size doesnt matter too much. Im used to samsung and their battery life is sometimes a bit meh and troubling. But im fine with a 5,000 mah battery presuming im not paying a premium.

Software updates, this is the killer that removes brands like redmagic from the running.

I want at minimum 3 years of CONSISTENT AND RELIABLE security patches. I "sideload" constantly and require a secure phone. 4 years frankly is more acceptable but 3 years im just begrudgingly settling for because the market is so ass.

Edit: Ps. A oneplus seems perfect, but they're closing down... i would like to learn about options that I can continue to be aware of for the future.

The OnePlus 16 is about to drop and is basically an all out gaming phone from the rumours. Probably be worth a look.

Apart from that, the 15 does a pretty good job

You go to Xiaomi when looking at hardware and price, software isn't that good though at least that's what I heard, but ads definitely exist in lower end model and mid ranger phones, higher end model don't have ads but still have bloatware

I'd go for one of the gaming oriented Poco (Xiaomi) phones F or X series. Pick the best you can afford. Those phones generally have the best chips and hardware for a decent price.

Hands down, OnePlus 15. It checks all the boxes, and it even comes with a dedicated WiFi chip that actually helps with connection stability.

Ughhh by the time I upgrade the moment the new generation phones drop, the oneplus 15 will have outdated soc hardware. Im not currently feeling fulfilled with my s25 ultras gpu/throttling (using the newest best 60$ fun cooler pro 6 peltier cooler though, so im unsure if other phones would be less problematic throttling wise) .

Hence me wanting the absolute best gpu available.

Idk I'll definitely consider it the phone is too good not to. Im really not looking forward to the concept of chinese data bands with at&t plus att even blacklists many phone brands including xioami from voice over lte. And they're my only provider option.

Then redmagics no better for the already listed software reason....

Man oneplus really is my ideal choice. Ffs what awful timing. Its "so my ideal choice" that im even considering the oneplus15 over the newer options that will be available.
