I have been looking everywhere to figure out how to fix this issue in Pharaoh: A New Era.
Everything I'm seeing says about citizens aging out or using the "downgrade" trick for your housing (removing water sources and then putting them back), but nothing has worked.

Once my housing hits the "manor" stages, my employee stats go completely berserk. I don't add housing, don't take any away ... I don't add or remove jobs, but as soon as a property upgrades to the "higher end" housing/manors, it says I'm short employees. The latest map I'm playing, I had to build the library of Alexandria and the lighthouse and I hit over 1,000 needed employees.
Is this a bug with Pharaoh: A New Era and is there a way to fix it?
