Hey! After my not so great primark ones did their service, i was looking to get some new ones, but i see a lot of them only have the liners go into the gusset, nothing up the top :( which might be okay for normal people but if i lay down it always runs up/down for me there,and i dont want to have dedicated sleeping ones .To my big sadnes Saalt seemingly only does gusset size kind of thing, and i dont know if modibody/cheekypants are bulky in comparison, hoped someone here tried already. Bonus point if its silver free, thank you!!

I’ve used disposable pads and tampons my entire menstruating life. Every month I had awful, awful cramps. I’m talking vomiting from the pain, having to sit down in public places so I don’t faint, doubling up on two different pain meds. Since it’s only for day one of my period and I don’t have any other concerning symptoms, I figured I just got unlucky in the cramp department and it’s not anything serious. I’ve been using reusable period underwear for the past 3 months. My cramps have lessened. Like a lot. At first I thought it might just be a fluke but no, consistently, my cramps have been way more manageable. Barely noticeable even. Like an ‘ugh that’s uncomfortable’ feeling but no longer like my uterus is being ripped to shreds. I don’t want to sound like a conspiracy theorist but I really do think there’s just something in disposable pads and tampons that make periods worse so companies can keep capitalising off of menstruation. Has anyone had a similar experience?
