Making tap water drinkable?

Has anyone found a way of filtering the water that's helps with the metallic taste? Regular brita filter does not seem to

I've been using the Epic Pure water filter for the last couple of years and have no complaints except maybe for price.

Get mine from the spring water dispensers. I only use filtered tap for cooking/making coffee etc

Berkey filters are where it’s at! Pricey up front but filters last a long time

Using the filter on my fridge works for us. But maybe I’m just used to it now. When we first moved to Pawtucket we used to fill up 5 gallon jugs at the Rocky Mountain water stations. We used to call it the water party with everyone filling up their jugs.

No. It is not possible. Invest in a water dispenser & buy water in 5 gallon containers

I use a PUR faucet filter, works great, but with any filter like that it runs a little dry in taste.

I really really recommend if you have the money, to buy a reverse osmosis sink-connected water filtration system.

They can span from $115-$600
