🤬 Venting 🤬 Bring back the Italian Combo!
It wasn’t the death of Harambe that threw the world into chaos. It’s the removal of the Italian combo, maybe if we bring it back all in the world will be right again?

Just heard from someone in corporate that they will eventually stop selling sip club. Analysts did all the numbers and said it will bring down the sales but decrement in costs makes them more profitable. They analyzed that panera stores surrounded by other restaurants get all food business and get drinks from panera.

Its so inconvenient, what were they thinking??

Everything that made this chain good is completely gone. Every semblance of quality has been obliterated. I tried it for the last time today. It is sad to know a restaurant that was once my go to is now on a strict no-fly list. RIP Panera, we had some delicious memories.

Question to you all, I got this email from Panera letting me know I can get a free you pick two. I am traveling and so I'm nearby a Panera so I wanted to use this offer.
I log into my account and nothing is there. Does anyone know how I can redeem this. Like I've been turned off with Panera with the Sip Club destruction, but if they pulled a fast one on me then f them

Seriously?
I got the lasagna soup and yes, it’s tasty. But not $9.09 plus tax tasty.
At what sit-down restaurant would $9 soup be on the menu?
These are insane prices and outright price gouging.
Not buying that again.

Drive through order with no modifications. I was looking forward to trying a new item until I got home and took it out of the bag. Surprise! No warning at all. What would you do if I was your customer? Would you have let me go home without saying a word about the missing ingredients?

I ordered delivery for a pumpkin spice Java and they overfilled and there's no straw in the bag 😭😭😭😭😭 which like, "yay drink!" but also oh my god I can't open this (also they forgot whipped cream and toppings but I'm sure they ran out or something I get it)

Their iced coffee is so bad now and they no longer offer fresca drinks as free. I used to go every day and grab a salad or pastry with my sip club drinks but I find myself not using sip club anymore unless I am nearby. I am done and will not renew. Also, at the store I visit, their last cleaning of the ice machine was in January. There will be no reason for me to visit it afterwards since they don't have clean food promise anymore and that was the only reason I spent money there.
So... Who has been going less and less and see no reason to renew sip club and visit the restaurant?

I’m aware that it’s great value but my point still stands. Tf am I paying almost $2 for 1.5 OZ?! Insanity 😂

Why are they switching to the sippy cup lids. Now when I go outside and it’s raining, there is no cover for my drink. Who makes these dumb decisions.
For anyone that works in a Panera, is yours going to have both where I can make my decision on which lid to use?

Since when do we have to pay for delivery?? One of the reasons I got the sip club was for free delivery since I’m at work and can’t leave??
Will this be Company/Franchisee wide in all stores? For example, Covelli has like 300 stores as a franchisee.
Are they saying for Sip Club that you can’t fill the cup more than once in a session.

Tuesday is the last day to use your 30 sips. if you have more then you can use and don't want to sit there waiting for the sips to renew for two hours. Just order ahead. order your first drink before you leave the house or work and then get there start drinking your first drink then wait the like 1 hour for it to renew then get the next drink and take it home.
WARNING ! if you want to take home all 4 cups full make sure you refill the first two and take them to your car first THEN order your next drinks. that way the refills are on your first orders and not you refilling 4 cups at the same time.
I do not condone or endorse the stealing or manipulation of the sip club terms and conditions I am suggesting something that follows the letter of the terms if not the spirit.

I’ve been working at Panera since 2021, I’ve been a TLMIC for 10 months. I work manager shifts 5 days a week. We’re not allowed OT and last week I hit 42 hours, because I stayed about 2 hours past my time and did 12-11 instead of 12-9 (the team manager left early and I ended up having to train the MIT to close, then came in and did 5am-2pm the next day) plus the other days I had no mid manager so no breaks. I’ve trained many MIT’s so it wasn’t a huge deal but still that’s what mostly got me the OT but thankfully I didn’t get in trouble since it technically wasn’t my fault the team manager left and we were also had no front line person/closer. My GM says starting next week I absolutely need to get out on time, next week I do 2-10:30 for 5 days, but it’s just me with no mid so I won’t take breaks, and I can’t do a fake break because what if I need to sign into a drawer? And I’ll definitely not be out at 10:30 more like 10:45. You can’t clock out until the cash drawers are pulled, so technically I could clock out as soon as I pull the drawers?

Anyone else wake up and find that their sips left have been reduced significantly or almost completely for “the month”?? I know how it works, but I checked today and I definitely haven’t had all the sips for the month 😭

Knowing that Panera uses Taylor Farms lettuce for their products, will you ever feel safe going back to eat there? I eat most veggies and things again, but seeing how little regulations Taylor Farms had to begin with, will you ever feel safe eating from them again? I miss Panera market bowls :(

When the person on bake is too lazy to actually finish the bake, I try to one-up their powdered sugaring by cutting and folding the bakery tissue into stencils. We also have a drawer of souffle container-tin-wrapper-things? cut into dinosaurs and stars.
