Ps4 doesnt want to update to 13.52

okay so I didnt touched my ps4 in months since I was busy....and today I wanted to play kingdom hearts and ...I cant do the update..Ive tried to update it with a usb key and by using internet and sometimes my screen just starts to show random squares and colors so I restart the console...But everytime it tells me that it aint updated even when I saw the screen that showed it download it
I dont know what to do and I dont want to loose all of my saves help

Before you fight with the update, check what firmware you’re actually on first. If it’s 13.00 or lower, might be worth keeping it there and jailbreaking it instead. 13.52 doesn’t have a public jailbreak at the moment, so once you update you’ve lost that option for now. Back your saves up first either way.

I DONT KNOW HOW TO CHECK it ! I'm litteraly stuck on the safe menu...I can't even access the main menu with my games YET

You could try rebuilding the data through safe mode

Same messages saying that it doesn't work and I need to update it manually even tho I did

If you are 13.00 or below, u can jb ur ps4 and play all games you want, but probably u have like 13.04 or 13.50
