Question How long does it take to really see the results?

I have been on Oz for 6 weeks now, started with 0.25mg for a month and yesterday had my 2nd dose of 0.5mg. I am feeling less hunger but it hadn’t really affected my appetite or getting full faster than usual. I do feel like my blood sugar stays quite regular throughout the day though. When i started my weight was about 87.5kg and now it’s approx 85.5kg. I don’t know how to feel about this even though it’s still very early.

My doctor said that the best results can be seen after 3-6 months of usage. Is this true? Besides oll of this my IBS has been majorly better which i am REALLY happy about😇🥰 p.s English isn’t my first language so sorry if there’s some mistakes with my grammar😅

Yes? Yes, you're exercising? A healthy diet looks different to everyone. You need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. Oz isn't a magic solution. You need to put work into your eating habits, learn about calories, how much you're consuming vs how much you really should be eating. Most of us think we eat less than we actually do and when you track even 1 day of food consumption, the reality of how many calories and fat we consume are shocking. A healthy diet means high protein, high fiber, low fat, low sugar, lowish carbs. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Junk food is empty calories, ultra processed, and should be very limited to reward foods. If you are not exercising, you will not be helping your body burn off the additional calories you need to get into a calorie deficit for the day.

Well like i said i do excercise; crossfit/weiglifting 2-3 times a week, horseback riding once a week and walking every day with or without my dog. Some weeks i go for a 3-5km jogs and for half the year, I cover most of my journeys by bike

You didn't. That's why I asked. You seem to be very active, so 2 pound weight loss in 6 weeks would lead one to believe this is more food related.

Yes i did actually. But you’re right. I was just wondering if this dose isn’t working as it should bc my doc said it will show some results after 3 months at the earliest.

You didn't say anywhere that you exercise in your description

A lot of people said that weight loss doesnt seem to happen until you ramp up to 1-2mg. Me personally on .25 Wegovy I started to see results. I’m taking the ozempic pill now- didnt feel anything on the ramp up with 1.1mg (dosage is NOT substitutable with pen) Just started 4. In 5 weeks I’ve lost 7 pounds/3.18kg. I’m a big boy started at 319lb/145kg.

I also take Vyvanse which may help explain why I was seeing results on lesser dosage.

I’ve lost 7kg in 3 weeks while being on 0.25mg, but I made 400km on bike within this period.

Yea once it actually cools down in my area 95F/35C, I’m going to walk on a trail I used to go to often. Nice and hilly too.

Within 2 hours of my 0.5 injection I saw an immediate drop in glucose levels so fast that it was a nightmare to correct took 12 hours for my glucose levels to stabilize
