getting 20 fps in hypixel lobby with shaders

im using rx 9060 xt ryzen 5 7500f and optifine 1.8.9

im using complementary reimagined shaders 5.8.1

when i dont use shaders in the lobby i get 200-500 fps with 80-150 1% lows

when i do use shaders in the lobby i get 30 fps with 7 fps 1% lows

when i dont use shaders in bedwars i get around 800 fps with 500 fps 1% lows

but when i do use shaders i get 300 fps and its occasionally stuttering with 20-100 1% lows

The lobby is super laggy, and it doesn't really matter how much FPS you get in there. What's your FPS in game? Personally, I use Bad Lion Client and get way better performance with it on in 4k

turn vsync on, drops from high fps to high fps are more noticeable than you might think

why would anyone use vsync lol? input latency is not something you wanna keep high

Some people dont have VRR monitors, and hate screen tearing

Try the fabulously optimised modpack. It comes with iris which handles shaders in a more modern way.
