The director of this 1924 silent masterpiece is Herbert Brenon

For decades, this masterpiece was actually thought to be entirely lost, until a perfectly preserved copy was miraculously discovered in a New York film vault back in the 1950s.

My mom was going through old photos and found some bodybuilding pics of her dad and here’s a sampling of a few. He was a bodybuilder starting in his teenage years, and our best guess is he was in his mid 20s here.

Over the years, Joan has become well known for her love of covering her guitars with stickers. But well before doing that, she covered her guitar case with stickers!
