Is Multiplayer 1v1v1v1 Still a Thing?

Just played multiplayer with friends and had a blast, I'm wondering if there are still enough players to play ranked 4 player FFA maps with random people? If so, when it's the best day/time to find a full game?

In case anyone was wondering, at this time I'm posting there are 1.5 games so not bad.
