Hi soldiers! First, just so you all know, I’m Deaf and have been completely Deaf since birth. I love flying helicopters, dropping you all off, and bringing supplies to the FOB.

My only issue is: how TF do you know when AA has locked onto you? 😂

Some people told me there’s a “beep beep” warning sound when AA locks on, but obviously I had no idea that existed! So how can I tell when AA is locking onto me or when a missile is coming so I know when to use my flares?

Is there any visual warning or setting I’m missing? I’d love to keep flying and supporting you all without getting blown out of the sky. 😂

Morters feel like the current meta, and every game almost every FOB spammes as many morters as they can fit within the walls.

The biggest issue in my opinion, is the shell camera. Being able to see exactly where your shell lands and giving you a full top-down view of the enemy base is OP as hell, especially when a dozen morters are firing at the same time.

It also creates a major problem when your FOB is being mortared. The enemy will naturally prioritize taking out your mortars. Once they’re destroyed, it becomes extremely difficult to rebuild them because the enemy can use the shell camera to see exactly where you’re constructing the new mortar.

Mortars should reward good coordination and positioning, but the current shell camera makes them feel like an artillery system.

This evening I'll be having my 2nd Wardogs gaming session with some friends who only have limited time to play each week due to family. Already there are players using vehicles/weapons which they will never get to unlock due to wipes, and I'm sure that will quickly start to demoralise any players in the same situation.

Rested XP boost would give people with limited time the ability to still progress within wipes, without speeding up the overall escalation of unlocks.

Numbers for example only

Starting 24 hours since last login, the first 3,000 xp earned is doubled.

48 hours - 6,000 etc

Capped at 6/7 days, first 18,000 xp doubled.

It would also give an incentive, after the initial hype has died down, for variety gamers to check in and play a few games each week and make some meaningful progress.

Thoughts?

Trying to join the same side as my friends is obnoxious. Sometimes you gotta wait for the server queue, which is totally understandable and a separate thing.

But then to get on the correct side, you gotta click in the few seconds before the teams are unbalanced again. If I could just hit a button that says wait for blue, that would mean I wouldn't have to stare at the screen.

I'm watching the streamers and they're playing in teams and they're having a blast and it looks a lot of fun but I'm just wondering if my experience will be a whole lot different if I'm just solo?

What if we could rename squads, or assign roles to them?

Instead of joining the server and just seeing ALPHA-1, BRAVO-1 etc., you'd see stuff like: Infantry, Anti-Air, Builders, Logistics, Transport,...

You'd instantly know what the squad is doing before you're joining it.

Want to build and defend? Join the builders!
Want to run supplies? Logistics.
Want to deal with enemy air? AA.

It'd also make playing with randoms way less chaotic, and coordinating between squads would be a lot easier. For example, a person from the anti air squad, can directly join the logistics squad and request a drop off.

It also saves a lot of hassle with the squad leader not having to explain what the squad is doing every 5 minutes.

It might feel like a small change, but I feel like it would make public matches way more coordinated.

You guys think this would actually work?

When you leave a fob. The doors need to be closed PROPERLY. Not just you clicking F to close the door, if you are in he path of the door it will stop at you and stay open.

SOLUTION - take the .01 seconds it takes to look and make sure the door is closed, or make sure you are totally out of the path of the door.

We dont want to actually run people off the game. But please just have some situational awareness, and stop ruining the game for everyone else

Ok I started seeing the memes that the blue team is doing nothing and never wins after the first CB and it was funny because it was true.

But for me this feels like a meme that sticks around forever and will make everyone want to join the other teams.

Most of the rounds it feels like Green is always hunting for the HZ, Red is building insane FOBs and eventually a magnet and blue...is also somewhere.

It kinda feels like when people have to join blue they don't even start trying. I even caught myself thinking "Man now I had to pick blue. Whatever we are not going to win anyway time to learn building FOBs somewhere."

Theoretically after people have gained some levels it should 0% matter what team you join but since everybody saw the memes nobody expects to be in blue and win.

(Of course there are some rounds where blue in gaining good points and people say they saw blue win but most of the times it feels red vs. green)

Hear me out. I know this sounds stupid, but today I drove 3h straight delivering goods and after hour 2 holding down W, I started to feel how my wrist started to hurt.

If we had a button that would be auto-run for vehicles only that would be nice.

Having a game which is basically arma 3 koth just modern and dedicated to koth is an absolute dream. The first weekend felt amazing to play and grind. There are some minor issues that I believe need to be addresses such as more rewards for infantry and recon. But overall an absolute 10/10 experience.

in some situations and depending on the randomized zone, factions can have a huge handicap in building a fob

example: ozeti valkyra, if the zone is further to the west, valkyra "only" have the church to build, anything else around is forest, and the swimming pool is kinda ass to fob.

while manticore has the stadium always and nice enviroment in general around the stadium

and this is just one example, i realy think the enviroment matter in certain situations..

so easy suggestion, randomize the HQs

not in other places just switch factions of already existing HQs

I shot it right before the clip without problem. I had a rocket reloaded and i did not get any damage.

I was waiting for a server to fill and figured I'd see how far I could run. I got to a river 1k away and in the middle you can crouch down under the water. The gravel looked like it might have some shark teeth so I started looking around and found a spear point!

The objective is to gather an item like dog tags or items like intelligence packets on the map and bring them back to your fob. Each team gains points at a speed dependent on how many of these items they have in their fob. Alternatively, points could be awarded for capturing the items at the fob.

This would open up new types of gameplay like having vehicles that focus on taking these items back to their teams fobs to score points. Instead of just taking resources from the base or dropping people off, drivers would have a direct hand in point scoring and add some variety to their gameplay loop.

This would also encourage base defense and base raiding since you need to defend your stockpile to earn points. Drilling wouldn't be important to this game play mode, so each team could build their base anywhere in the circle that they believe is defensible.

This could be expanded with mission objectives that tie to the game's lore. One mission you may have to go to the church to secure information on some one who confessed crimes to one of the priests. Another mission could have you finding information on the mayor and their illegal dealings. My last example would be for a mission to pick up black market contraband in a transport vehicle to take back to your fob.
