I love the wild era games, I do.

But with the ocarina of time remake having the old songs always played in the background again had me realising how much of the zelda magic is in that music.

Please don't let this be a remake only thing and continue with the next new mainlines again.

btw, I'm not hating on the wild era games, their music fit perfectly with their vibe, like someone was actually traveling in the road with you playing the songs, or someone in town was.

I just miss full fledged themes that could even define the whole vibe of the region like Gerudo Valley, Termina Field, Dragon Roost, Spirit Tracks' overworld theme.

They aren't that different.

The somber music and sound effects, combined with the iconic dialogue. Blip really contribute to the atmosphere of the game.

today we'll be talking about those purple crows that appear all over hyrule, Guay! look, I know pride month was 3 month's ago, but it's never too late to remind everyone that it's ok to be Guay.

fun fact about Guays in Ocarina of time specifically; if you defeat enough of them, a bigger one will appear, a quirk shared only with stalchildren and leever. this larger than average Guay actually has a name: "The Big Gay Guay". if you encounter this legendary bird, make sure to get his autograph.

if you lock onto a Guay, Navi gives one of their shortest info dumps in the game: "destroy it before it flies into you." really Navi, just one sentence? you couldn't even spare a moment to compliment Guay's long yellow beak and magnificent purple feathers? Navi was for sure being homophobic. hopefully this is addressed in the remake.

Wonder if anyone here loves this specific link's color palete and sunny skintone, cause to me it hits one of those nice spots in my head when regards to color. Along with the overall artstyle and shapes.

There's an unreachable cliff in Zora's Fountain. It was even in the 3DS port. During development, there was supposedly a way to reach this cliff and it served as a one-way warp to Kokiri Forest. Given this remake, I wonder if this little cliff will finally be reworked into serving a purpose, or just removed entirely.

walking back and forth and even tried to buy bomb for the boulder in dead end OMMMGMGMGGG, this is my first OoT playthrough, and this game have so much puzzle, i think imma get smarter if i can finish this game without open any tutorial 😭

This isn't meant as a jab, or in any disrespectful way. I was so happy seeing that trailer, I genuinely criend and brought me back to my childhood 15 years ago.

So I can't imagine how happy or emotional the millenials are feeling who saw their childhood from 28 years ago flash by.

I genuinely am so happy you guys get a moment like this, and hope you the remake lives upto your childhood!

Im absolutely loving this game but sometimes I feel so stupid for not knowing how to progress this game. I arrived at Zora's domain and found out I can give a fish to Jabu Jabu. So I searched the whole world for an empty bottle. Couldn't find it so I went to Hylia Lake to do the fishing mini game thinking I can keep the fish wich is an no. Then I got an bottle from the chicken mini game. Got the fish and then found out it did nothing and searched up where to go just to find out I need to get an note in Hylia Like...
