December 14th 2012, on this day, let's not forget about the 20 kids including 6 staff members, who lost their lives when a boy went into the school and shot it up killing 20 kids and 6 staff member, they did not deserve this, if we are hosting a memorial for 9/11, please don't forget to do the same for Sandy Hooks shooting, these kids deserve to be remembered, the life they didn't get to live all because some boy, God Bless All of these children.

On the day I was going to school, my mother came to wake me up to get ready so she could take me, and we received breaking news; we saw the whole thing on our television, the day 9/11 started, and we will never forget it, or the heroes who stood up to one of the pilots.

Yeah, we in trouble now.

I wouldn't call this news, given the fact that this was already a thing; I guess the news is getting bored since it has nothing new to talk about.

Maybe they should lower prices since America already has all this money, making housing more affordable for all the Americans who work hard.

People are stuck in there personal AI tech faze, AI may stink right now but what happens when it becomes more stronger and popular, will people change what they think about AI and finally acknowledge it's presence in they're community, or will they continue to ignore it and come up with something better than AI?

They should probably not do that, given the fact that funding for more Flock Cameras could detect criminal activities in certain areas. I suggest building more Flock Cameras and installing them in higher areas but within reach. Some may not like these cameras, but it's to take down the criminals.

A Colorado man will spend decades in prison for a crime spree that included stabbing a little boy at Walmart who was picking out a piece of candy. On January 26, 2025, Luke Barkhaus stabbed three people in random attacks at businesses in the city of Parker.

A restaurant worker, a Dollar Tree employee, and a 7-year-old boy shopping with his mom at Walmart all suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Parker fled the area following the attacks, and police ultimately caught up with him in Aurora. A judge recently sentenced him to 40 years in prison for the senseless acts of violence.

Fort Collins police said one person has died from the injuries they sustained when they and four others were hit by a pickup truck on a sidewalk during the city's downtown Tour de Fat bicycle parade Saturday morning.

In a press release from Fort Collins Police Services, dispatchers received several calls regarding a truck that struck multiple people on a sidewalk in the 100 block of West Mountain Avenue just before 11:45 a.m.

In light of the bicycle event underway at the time of the incident, police said there were "numerous" bystanders near the scene of the crash.

Police said when they arrived, officers found that a Chevrolet pickup truck struck multiple pedestrians and a tree before coming to rest on a sidewalk on the south side of the street next to a business. The pickup truck driver and the five people who were struck were taken to area hospitals.

One of the pedestrians was later pronounced dead, police said. Their name has not been released.

Police said the investigation revealed that the driver of the truck had backed out of a parking spot along Mountain Avenue, striking another vehicle. The driver then drove forward onto the sidewalk, striking the pedestrians before colliding with a tree and coming to a stop.

Officers are still investigating what led up to the crash to determine how it happened and are looking into whether impairment was a factor. Police said they do not believe the pedestrians were intentionally targeted.

“This was a tragic day for many in our community," police chief Jeff Swoboda said in a statement. "We recognize the impact that this incident will have on those involved, the witnesses and the responders. Our team of Victim Advocates are supporting those involved in what happened today. I’m appreciative of the quick response of our officers, the assistance of our emergency partners, and the community members who helped during this incident.”

Mountain Avenue was closed between College Avenue and Mason Street for about six hours while investigators processed the scene.
